Hello all,

I'm having some problems with one of the accounts on my servers. For some reason all the images at the top of the cPanel area have disappeared. There are also other problems with the mail on the account.

I've tried terminating the account and then restoring it from backup but the same errors happen.

Even stranger, all other accounts on the same box are fine.

I've attached an image so you can see the problems.

Thanks for your time!
Red.

That's quite odd!

Is the account in question using a different theme? Perhaps a custom modification of one of the standard cPanel themes?

Either way, try switching the theme for this account to something different, see what things are like, and then try switching back. For example if the account is using the 'x' theme, switch to 'x2', have a look at what things look like and then switch back to 'x' add see if anything has changed.

Yeah I tried that but it didn't help. (still had email problems).

I did manage to sort it though. I simply changed the package name and everything worked fine?! It was on a package which (due to a server upgrade) had been removed. As a result it was not giving permissions to certain bits.

Very strange still, but at least it's sorted.

Thanks for your input.
