Hi, when my clients configure the imap server: domain.com, the imap folders disappear, only work if the client configure the imap server on mail client as: mail.domain.com
Could you let us know the specific email client you are reproducing this issue with, as well as the basic mail server settings you are using in the email client (e.g. server name, port)? Also, does the domain name utilize the AutoSSL feature for it's SSL certificate?
