Hi everyone - new to this forum but was wondering if someone can help me with a query. We currently have two IMAP folders setup in Outlook 2003 from our Cpanel Hosting system for our general sales enquiries. The idea is anyone of our sales team can look at these inboxes and get an immediate view of any sales leads etc that might have come in. Now I have used IMAP in the past with no problems but with Cpanel it looks as though only one user can get a 'live' view of the server and all the others get a message saying they have been kicked off the server - even though they can still see the messages but I assume that is not live. Any ideas on how we can get multiple views in Cpanel?
Also as a second part to the rather longwinded question above - when we delete messages and 'process headers' the email shows as deleted but isn't actually deleted as it is still visible - any ideas how to get rid of these email from the view or is that an Outlook issue?
