Imap, GD, Pspell checked but not building with php

In Cpanel, under Apache Update I have Imap, GD, Pspell checked but when it builds, those lib do not get built into php for some reason. I dont see any error messages during the build, but when I try to use those librarys on the system they are definityly not getting loaded

Any direction someone could point me would be most appricated.

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-S120
RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
cPanel/WHM Updates - Manual Updates Only (STABLE tree)
cPanel Package Updates - Automatic
Security Package Updates- Automatic
ApacheCore: 1.3.36
php 4.4.2
MySQL 4.1.19-standard

Had this problem today as well, doing th upcp --force followed by a easyapached fixed her right up! http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=53850
