    I'm getting this error from PHPlist when I attempt to use the bounce tracking feature...

    Error: IMAP is not included in your PHP installation, cannot
    continue<br/>Check out <a
    href="http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.imap.php">http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.imap.php</a>

    Would IMAP be included in the basic installation? If I need to add this extension to PHP, how do I do it?

    I've been searching for information on how to install extensions in PHP via WHM but found nothing.

    It's done via the Apache Update in WHM. You have to log in and recompile PHP/Apache. The option is in the Exhaustive Options List within the EasyApache compile interface.
