IMAP Server Connection Issue

    Hello,

    Firewall all ports opened.

    A little problem imap connection failed.

    Please check my : - Removed -

    Roundcube,Horde and other mail scripts not working.

    Error : Imap server connection failed.

    How to fix this problem?

    If you are a root administrator, I recommend you check the "/var/log/maillog" If you have found the error from a today time.

    Looks like a problem. You can create the support ticket and reply this Ticket ID.

    I'm afraid, I would recommend you to support ticket best help you.

    EDIT: Also, you can copy & paste this Thread URL to reply creating support ticket. cPanel support will look your maillogs.

    Fixed this problem with cpanel support team.

    Problem issue localhost not resolving and mail not working.

    Fix command : /scripts/restartsrv_nscd --restart
