Without SSH access importing a database via command line would be impossible. I cannot help you with that sort of thing though, no.

Assuming you don't have root access here, you might want to speak with your Hosting Provider about this.

I mean to say that I don't know how to use terminal commands. But I have already check-marked Secure shell in WHM for this Cpanel.
