I've got a few users who used domain.com/webmail/ on Ensim, which brought up squirellmail...

These users used this system as their total email system.. problem is, when we migrated to the cPanel box, their mailboxes and saved emails do not show up...

Is there a "quick" solution to this? I've read, searched and read some more but have not found anything that seems to work..

    Thanks in advance,
    Wayne

If the Ensim machine is still up and running, I recommend making use of our free Transfer Assistance Hotline to assist with migrating the emails. You can find information about this free service on our website at:

    shortfork,

All of their "extra" mailboxes should be there, they are just not subscribed:

    - Log into /webmail
    - Choose SquirrelMail
    - Choose "folders" from the top menu

Near the bottom should be a list of all their folders. Just select them all and choose "subscribe". The folders should now be subscribed and show up in the left list of folders (you may need to refresh the list).

Is that what you were looking for?
