There has been a confirmed bug in the cpanel/exim/mailman combination that will lead to all members in a mailman list to be eventually unsubscribed for no reason!
Cpanel has not issued any fixes so far and the only solution for right now is to disable bounce processing in all of your customers mailman lists!
The cause of this problem is that the cpanel exim.conf is not VERP aware and will treat the new mailman VERP bounce probes (only mailman 2.1.5) as non-deliverable which in turn will lead mailman to believe this recipient no longer works and unsubscribe it without warning!
If you want to prevent your customers jumping all over you for loosing their members on their lists disable bounce processing in all lists until a fix has been issued.

the problem has been fixed as you can see in the cpanel changelog.
You can turn of bounce processing for every list but there is no way to turn off VERP bounce probes in mm_cfg.py
