    Hi,

I've just created a backup of my emails and would like to import them to outlook directly. I searched the forums and the only way I've found is to upload them to Cpanel and then to outlook. I've got roughly 1Gig worth of email to be uploaded and would save time if I could do this directly. Any direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

The backup of emails was created from where exactly? Assuming from your hosting account by your post. You can't import an email backup off the server into Outlook. Outlook backups are in a .pst format.

Thanks for responding. This backup was created for files dating almost a year back. Do I have any other option besides uploading them?
