In the public folder, there is a folder that keeps showing up after I delete it

There is a folder in the public_html folder called KIO it keeps showing up every time I delete it, not directly, it takes hours to comes back !!!!

I open some PHP files in this folder there are some emails, password...

Anyone can help?
