    I believe the APIs JSON and XML comming by default in each WHM.

    What is the steaps to install JSON into each server WHM ?

    I do not understand your question. The JSON and XML APIs both come with cPanel&WHM by default. No other software needs to be installed for these APIs to function. You just need to write your own scripts (or use the scripts at the github link Tristan posted) to access these APIs.
