[b:6e9bffd517]Incorrect Backup Download FileType:[/b:6e9bffd517] Although the download link correctly says .tar.gz, on many systems it\'s incorrectly recognized by the browser as a .tar.tar file, leading to decompression errors.

I believe this one is an issue with Mime types. Netscape never seems to have this issue but internet explorer does. It\'s really strange since if I go to download it with IE first, I get the .tar.tar. Then I go there with netscape and it\'s .tar.gz, then I go back and download with IE again and IE gets it right with tar.gz because netscape saw it right. It\'s really confusing to me.

Anybody have any idea what the correct mime type for IE is. As I don\'t have a windows system I couldn\'t begin to guess.

Just reinit quotas in your WHM. Let me know if this fixes the problem.

Cpanel/WHM now ignores /*backup* when figuring out disk space.
