Let me restructure description of my problem. I asked this earlier. I probably didn't elaborate well.

In cPanel (10.3), If I look at Disk Usage Option I can see that inbox in mail folder is taking up 12.3 Mb. I have 3 mail accounts that don't have any mail waiting on the server. So question is: Where this inbox file is coming from? It doesn't seem to be associated with any mail account.

If I use FTP, the folder structure in mail folder is like this:
    ../mail/name1/
    ../mail/name2/
    ../mail/name3/
    ../www.mydomain.com/
    inbox
(size of this (inbox) item is 12.3Mb)

Does anybody know what's going on?
What about /www.mydomain.com/ folder, where that is coming from?
Can I manualy delete this file?

    Thanks in advance.

It could be the main account mailbox. Depending on your cpanel settings for how unroutable mail is handled, it may be that your catch-all account it the main account mailbox.

You can view/download the main account mailbox via webmail/pop3, using your cpanel login as the username, and your cpanel password.
