    Hi

What are these INBOX.Sent and inbox in /home/username/mail folder ? The emails taking up a total of around 20MB added together. I noticed 1 email account using space over its quota, and just increased the quota, incase it is related to this problem.

The INBOX.Sent and inbox files are taking around 20MB and 40MB respectively, its too much and i need to reduce it. Any ideas ?

I would assume that they are webmail files. You should tell the account holder to empty those folders within the webmail app they're using through cPanel.

IS there a fix/workaraound to disable email account once they are ower the quota? (apparantly those emails in the SENT folder dont count against the limit set for mailbox in the cpanel)

AFAIK, no. If you do a search through bugzilla, I think I remember seeing an entry about this sort of thing.
