I have many sites with their own IP addresses and most of the domains email are forwarded to one domain which has an email account but the server is not getting any of the emails sent to any domain, nor are they bouncing back.

Where do I begin to trace the problem?

    Thanks

There should also be outgoing records there of some sort, but you're seeing none of that?

Do you see anything stuck here?

Mail Queue Manager - cPanel Documentation

If you remove the forwarder on one of these domains is email working as expected?

No everything looks ok I had checked there

    I just checked /http://www.mtgsy.net/dns/utilities.php

    Getting MX records for 'my-domain.com'

There are 01 MX records (Mail servers) for the domain 'my-domain.com'

Testing each mail server in the list using the address mailx@my-domain.com
    Testing .my-domain.com, preference = 0
Checking to see if .my-domain.com is in any of the popular RBL's - PASSED - Not found in any RBL's
    Trying to connect to .my-domain.com
    *CONNECTION FAILED*
    Could not connect to .my-domain.com

That tool seems to be broken.
    You could try this:

    Thanks

Using "Address Literal" - (Does my mail server accept incoming emails addressed to my IP address?)

It returned "Failed submitting request" but no details

Still working on this and not getting anywhere, no help from hosting company yet either.

Stupid question, but are you using any firewall software? If yes, have you tried killing that firewall software and testing?
