This is driving me nuts (I did a search, if this has been covered sorry!) ...

All I want is when user@mydomain.com receives an email it is placed in a MYsql db table (i.e. 'email'). That's it.

i am running cpanel, very experienced in PHP, I have a script that should do it BUT I cannot get the email to be redirected to it.

    All tips appreciated.

you shoudnt say you are *VERY* experieced in php if you dont know how to do it. you need to simply redirect email to executable file (php as interpreter) using forwarders and read email from stdin in php.
