    incoming mail problems

I am not receiving any incoming mail in my webmail. I have sent email to the address from several others to test it and haven't received any of those emails in my webmail. I have no problems sending them out from my webmail, I'm just having problems receiving mail.
I'm not getting any error messages on either side, it's just basically disappearing.

you do have the root password ..... right ?

    then try
    /scripts/mailperm username
or /scripts/mailperm is enough. In that case it will check all the domains and fix the permissions.

yes, I have the root password. I'm just not sure where exactly to type "/scripts/mailperm".
