One domain is not able to send emails. It is listed in localdomains, userdomains, trueuserdomains and I ran eximup --force. I did a dns check, looks good. What else could be the problem?
telnet customer.com 25
Trying xxx.xxx.67.xxx...
Connected to customer.com (xxx.xxx.67.xxx).

220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,
220 and/or bulk e-mail.
I ran reseteximtodefaults and forced exim upgrade again, no fix.
