Just want to know whether your guys have any idea what's going on pls?
Disk space usage link in cPanel show = 1541.54 Meg
cPanel left menu and WHM however show = 352.57/500 MB
Zipped backup file is almost 900 MB
From above it's clear that the account use more than TRIPPLE the allocated disk space but for some reason WHM / cPanel report and use the disk space incorrectly.
The most important features of any hosting account is the allocation and limitation of resources, most importantly bandwidth and disk space.
In my opinion it therefore have a massive influence and negative effect on any ISP that use CPANEL if the program report 1542 MB as three times less at only 352 MB.
From the fact that the 1541 meg as reported within the Disk Spage Usage link match the tar.gz of almost 900 meg it's clear that the "official" figure of 354 Meg that cpanel/WHM is incorrect.
How many of YOUR users exceed their allocated disk space by FAR without you knowing? You loose MONEY because such users should actually be upgraded to higher packages with more disk space if it was not for this problem in cPanel.
