Hi,

Unsure if this is a bug or a configuration issue but for about a year now WHM hasn't displayed the Load Averages in the top right corner
. It always says Load Averages: 0.00 0.00 0.00.

Yet if I look at Server Status > Apache Status, the load is being detected.
Screen shot below...

My WHM is still showing 0 0 0 in the latest release but I'm not on CloudLinux. Restarting the VPS didn't fix it either in the hosts admin panel (AMP) didn't have any effect. However as per the original post, the load is still displayed correctly in the Apache Status page, in Netdata etc. I don't understand how WHM can report the correct load elsewhere but not at the top corner of the page.

That's interesting. As spottydog63 mentioned, we've experienced a similar bug with CloudLinux where commands such as top return the correct load average while WHM's load averages in the top right of WHM do not match these results. It's certainly intriguing that this is occurring in your environment if you're not currently running CloudLinux.

Hi thank you,

Ticket ID #94333921

I've added a few more screen captures showing the discrepancy on the current version of WHM.

Finally got this resolved after multiple tier escalations at my webhost. Outcome, they couldn't replicate it and said it was an issue with CPanel WHM and didn't seem to want to raise it with Virtuozzo as I'd requested, I can't do it as I'm just the end client. Instead they offered to migrate me to a new Virtuozzo container. It fixed it, and we won't discuss the 2 days of grief and inconvenience that followed. I'm sorry this won't help anyone here.

On the other hand, I have to say the CPanel support team were excellent, super fast replies and escalations and genuinely helpful (like the forum staff!). They were able to verify the issue and believed it was related to the Virtuozzo container's system status API that provides the stats to WHM.
