Incorrect mode on mailboxes?

Howcome i have to run the option "Rebuild/Fix Mail Dbs/Boxes every single day to correct the "Incorect mode on mailboxes"??

Whats changing the permissions and howcome nobody has ever replied to this issue? I have seen this asked countless times only nobody every bothers to tell us why!
