Incorrect quota displayed in mail client

    Hello

    I have a weird problem with an IMAP account on my server (using uwimap).

    The user's Thunderbird is showing the quota as 99% used for this account when I've set a much larger quota in Cpanel. Changing the quota in Cpanel has no effect. du shows that the user's mail directory is well within the quota limit set in Cpanel.

    Following advice from other threads on this forum I have deleted the maildirsize file from the user's maildir and I've also tried running "/scripts/generate_maildirsize --force --allaccounts" which ran through fine (no errors) but didn't fix the problem.

    What exactly is causing this and what can I do about it?

    Root Administrator
    Does Thunderbird show other users quotas correctly?

    Do other email clients show this particular user's quota correctly?
