    Hello Group.

I have an ESI Phone System that is sending Emails with a Voicemail wav file attachment. Part of the information the Cpanel receives for sending the message does not include the Messages Time Zone. The Cpanel SMTP server is assigning GMT -10:00 to all messages of this sort, instead of GMT -05:00 inwhich we have our time zone set to.

What in Cpanel is telling it to set the message SENT Time to the -10:00 Time zone when it recieves the correct Time & Date, but no Timezone?

All of the customers messages the get from the Voicemail are saying they were sent 5 hours earlier then they actually were. They are sent and received correcting within seconds, its just maked with the wrong SENT Time.

    Thanks
    Scott

    Hello Scott,

Could you open up a ticket for us to investigate this further so we can check the logs for these messages?

You can submit a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.
