Increase php max upload size

Hi

I'm running a site with a CMS and its indicating that the max php upload size is 5MB in the diagnostic report.

Looking in Home > Server Configuration > Tweak Settings > PHP its set to 60MB. Is there somewhere else I should be changing this?
