how we can resize the terminal to increase the number of lines in vertical?

or to adjust to the browser window?

You can't make any modifications to the terminal interface in WHM at this time. There is a feature request for something similar to this already and you can view it as well as vote on it here: https://features.cpanel.net/topic/make-the-whm-terminal-expandable-or-detachable
