    Hello,
I need to increase the number of concurrent connections per inbox.
I need 3 users to be able to access the same inbox concurrently.

Don't think there is any such limit but you can set number of POP3/IMAP connections per IP from WHM >> Service Configuration >> Courier Configuration option.

    concurrent access to mailbox

    Hello,
There are many users access the same inbox at the same time [simultaneously] ,such as : info@nileweb.com this email is accessed by three customers simultaneously using pop3 and they give them errors , but when one only access this email it gets his emails without any problems.

so , I asked if there are any configuration on exim that don't allow simultaneous access to the same box at the same time ? and how I can change it ?

    Thanks

Exim handles SMTP, not POP3. POP3 is handled by Courier, not Exim. As a result, modifying the Exim configuration will not influence POP3 access to the account.

Would it not be simpler if they accessed the emails using webmail like Hordes as the emails are then in one central location?

And no downloading involved which is causing the problem I assume.

What is the format of mailbox in the server ? mbox or maildir ? maildir usually allows simultaneous access without locking. Also, make sure that everyone enabled "Leave a copy of message in the server" while configuring email client so that mails downloaded will not get deleted.

yea, if you are using Webmail, then there will not be any issues.
