On one of my servers I run weekly incremental backups for all accounts on the server. I had to restore some data from one of the backups tonight and I noticed something that concerned me. Here is the backup directory of one of my users:

    Code:
    root@twirl [/backup/cpbackup/weekly/bubba]# ls -al
    total 148
    drwxr-x--- 27 root bubba 4096 Jul 27 01:29 ./
    drwx--x--x 382 root root 12288 Aug 18 11:18 ../

Note the timestamp on most of the files is July 27th. I understand that it would only backup files that have changed, but I added a user through cPanel to this account since after July 27th and before the last backup has run and it has not updated the mysql.sql file as there was a user missing from here.

Is cPanel supposed to update the mysql.sql file if a user has been added/modified/deleted from MySQL?
