Tried search but suspect I'm not using the right keywords.

We're using Incremental backups. Terminated an account. Now we need to give the customer a full backup.

Their last incremental backup structure is still in /backup/cpbackup/<username>/

But, with the account now terminated, "/scripts/pkgacct <username>" won't work.

Is there an elegant solution to this that doesn't require restoring the account?

Maybe I missed something in the docs....

    Hello :)

You could manually package the the directory using the "tar" command. EX:

    Code:
    tar -zcf /home/cpmove-username.tar.gz /backup/cpbackup/daily/username
Simply replace "username" with the username of the account.

    Thank you.
