Incremental Compressed Backups FTP to remote site

I am in the process of trying to setup some sort of backup routine.

I'm wanting all accounts, SQL databases, etc backing up on an incremental basis and FTP'ing to a remote server daily (or every few days).

I see that WHM will either do incrementals OR compressed backups, but not both.

Is there any easy way around this??? - I have look around for scripts, but don't seem to be able to find anything that does this.
