Inernal Server Error 500 Cannot allocate memeory

Hello. I'm receiving this error in the error logs. Can you give an idea how to handle it?

[Mon Apr 18 11:16:57.194336 2016] [:error] [pid 18907] (12)Cannot allocate memory: [client 198.12.154.69:49373] couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/l

In the WHM I.m receiving this message:
Can't fork: Canot allocate memory at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeRun/InOut.pm line 40.

Hello :)

The messages indicate your server is running out of memory. Do you have you root access to this system? If so, please review the following thread to help determine what's taking up your memory:
