I have a annoying problem with a *.info domainname extension at *.com nameservers.
As I look at dnsreport.com everything looks fine and then when I after a few days see that outlook gives a problem with getting mail from that domain and I try to go to that specific site it don't work (cant be found) and I go to dnsreport.com, the only thing it's says is this:

I guess that it comes because what there already stands because it's hosted on *.com nameservers, I dont have this problem with any other kind of domain "org, net" or what ever..

So my question is maybe stupid... but how can I solve this annoying problem. (can it be solved anyway)

    Running:
    WHM 10.0.0 cPanel 10.0.0-R112
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    Regards,
    Martin

I have this kind of problem and fix with this way :

Contact registrar and tell them to add your .com nameserver to .info registry database.

    Hope this help :)

All registrars should be able to do it.
