Cannot determine nameserver ip for XYZ.info. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register.

The name is registered. Maybe it's not resolved yet?

Is there anything in WHM that needs to be setup for .info names?

    Thanks,

    Vince

    Go on, have a guess
    No, not at all.

You should be able to check whether their is a domain resolution issue by logging in via ssh and using:

    host XYZ.info

If that works, then something is amiss somewhere, if it fails then there is a DNS problem.

erf... it was an enom issue

I guess thet enom doesn't automagically add the ns1.mynameservers.com & ns2 to .info domains the way it does to .com and .net

I went back, and the name server records were empty for all of the .info names.

once that was fixed, all seems fine.

    thanks.
