    I have taken a look at cPanel and have a few questions on its capabilities.

    Can a server hosting cPanel contoll a cluster of other severs over the internet?

    What we have is some clients servers are spread all over the world/internet.

    What we want to do is to reset those server to hosting and mysql servers with some other databases.
    Their domain name will then redirect to their personal page/affiliate account on their server, allowing them to set up hosting accounts, but our server will take on accounts direct, and will distribute the load over all servers across the other servers.

    Can this be done?
    Problems?

    Not with cPanel alone - it has no concept of such clustering (except for DNS only). However, you can achieve this with several client applications such as:
