Initial Quota Setup?

I had the negative quota goin on in the Cpanel so I ran Initial quota setup and I got this

Quotas are now on
Using new quota support
quotacheck: Scanning /dev/hdb1 [/backup] |/-done
quotacheck: Checked 3 directories and 1 files
quotacheck: WARNING - Quota file info was corrupted.
quotacheck: Block 3: Reference to illegal block 2196
quotacheck: Block 2196 is truncated.
quotacheck: Block 1: Reference to illegal block 1048576

Exactly what does that mean as far as the warning and illegal and stuff?

Also my quotas still show negative. Any fixes?
