I have a new server I just setup, however just about every time I log into the web host manager it wants me to go through the Initial Setup again.

It asks me to agree to the "agreement", goes through the basic setup, setup the nameserver, ftp, and then the quotas.

It seems to go through those steps ok, but when I log back in it does it again?

Anyone experienced this before, and/or have a solution to stop it?

Update cpanel and see if that solve.

    /scripts/upcp --force

Unfortunately that was the first thing I tried, but had no affect. I tried forced upgrading 3 times with no change.

There could be many causes for this issue. I recommend letting a technical analyst determine what is causing this issue so it can be resolved: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
