    Good morning everything,

I have what might seem like a silly question, but how do I go about setting up my main site? eg www.domain.com. Do you recommend creating a user account with that particular subdomain, or is there some other way of doing it? Thanks in advance, and hopefully this post was clear enough.

Log into WHM, and under the "Account Functions" menu option select "Create an Account"

Enter your domain ( domain.com, without the www ) and all the other details. WHM will then create all the necessary files, folders, user access, dns entries, etc. And your done.

Alright, managed to get that. I have one more question now though.. How do I set it up so that it reads the files from ~/public_html/<domain> instead of just ~/public_html. I prefer to have all my domains in folders in the public_html folder. Thanks in advance for your help
