Inquire abour reseller

Hello,
I want to create reseller who can create new account for his client and manage them under his WHM.
So I tried to make one reseller account without any limit and login to WHM with the account. But it seems there is no option that the account can create and manage his client. How can I create that kind of account for him?

After creating reseller account you have to go to Edit Privileges/Nameservers inside Reseller Center. Don't forget to choose this resseler from dropdown menu first.

There you can give him/her Feature Limits. and save.

also do not allow any such priviledges which could help them escalate their powers.
