    Hi,
I am new to cpanel. I want to install a few files when someone creates an account. For example could I install a custom file depending on the user information, a personalised welcome page for each new account.

Could you recommend any site on creating modules for cpanel.

    Darren

No but you could add a reseller and add different files to the /home/reseller/cpanel3-skel directory
