I follow all the instructions listed. However, when I click on: '' Prepare server for support '' box. The website can’t be reached. Assuming that my connection is working, and firewall is allowed? Please, what is the issue here ?

Hey there! If your server isn't able to reach our ticket system, it is likely a firewall issue with the server. As a test, can you disable the firewall completely to see if that resolves the issue?
