I have a problem when installing cpanel, at end of installation a big delay occurs when appears the message described in subject.

I see in this forum some things that can help me, by example sync the dir /sripts from rsync.cpanel.net. When I try this nothing happens, somethimes the remote server says that max connections has been reached and some other times says &receiving list....& but after a few minutes says &timeout...&

There´s some other place to get the /scripts dir?

Grab the files from another cpanel server (from /scripts), make a duplicate on the server you are installing.

that rsync to rsync.cpanel.net should definitely work though.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
just install rsync and run install again
    that will solve the problem.
