Hi, I am trying to install cpanel/whm into my vps running rhe...but I got the following error.."cat: /boot/System.map*: No such file or directory
Your operating system's rpm update method (up2date) was not able to locate the
glibc package. This is an indication of an improper setup. You must correct this error error before you can proceed. How to fix it??

    Hi,

Check the pre requisite for installing cPanel before doing it. I think you need to check for all libraries and gcc.

    Go on, have a guess
You probably need to get your VPS provider to fix the OS update system so that it works. It's a requirement that the OS update mechanism works for any server that you install cPanel on, be it up2date or yum.
