Install SSL without .key and .cabundle

Hello,

i need to install a SSL certificate and i have only the .crt and .csr files but i know that i need also the .key and .cabundle files but i dont have it how can i install the certificate without it?

Ps. i use RHEL4 and CPanel

Short answer - you can't.

Longer answer - I've yet to see a CA that won't reissue a cert for free. Just recreate the whole thing from scratch, but you should be careful to make sure the details used in the cert are the same on the request as were used on the original (name, locality, common name, etc). You should be able to check this information by looking at the original csr like so

openssl req -noout -text -in filename.csr

It's important that the new csr be generated using the current server key (or a new one), so don't reuse the csr you have.
