"install the suggested record" and connection problem

Hello everyone:

It was in the "Email deliverability" option, because I needed to fix the SPF ("A SPF record does not exist for this domain").

So, as you can see, this option "install the suggested record" appeared to me, I clicked and thought it was going to be solved, but .. (see attach files)




When I access my website, it doesn't even load!




"This website cannot be accessed The server IP address of example.cl could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

All this just by clicking on the button "install the suggested record". WTF. I'm noob.

What I can do? What solution do you give me?

I would suggest that you contact your hosting provider and let them know what the issue you are experiencing is. You might also try to access your cPanel account using the IP address directly using something like this:

https://<IPADDRESS>:2083
