Someone inyected an iframe code in a php website, and it is loading a trojan file to every computer that it is visiting the site.. With clamd scanning the home directory maybe it will find the trojan?

How should I run clamd ro scan the entire home directory?

    Thanks.

You should run clamscan from shell...

    clamscan -r /home

also take a look at other options...

    clamscan --help
