Installed Magento2 from cPanel but it doesn't work

    It may not be relevant here but I am having issue working with cPanel and Magento2.

    I have installed Magento 2 from cPanel in my shared hosting.

    But it doesn't let me edit the category or product in magento.

    This case is more of only with magento 2 installed from cPanel.

    It works well in my local server.

    Any suggestions?

    What happens when you try to edit the category or product exactly?
    Are yo u getting a 404 error?

    I'd check the application logs for errors

    Hello,

    Magento is not offered as a cPAddon via the "Site Software" option in cPanel, suggesting your web hosting provider is using a third-party plugin to allow users to install the application. I suggest reporting the issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look.
