It appears as though the upgrade on a 64bit server is upgrading mySQL 4.1 to the 32 bit version, not the 64bit version...this is a problem. Do I need to download and install the Linux (AMD64 / Intel EM64T, glibc-2.3, dynamic, gcc) Standard 4.1.12 from the mysql.org site?

    1. What sort of hardware are you using ( what brand / type processor primarily )
    2. What version of cpanel and what build ( edge, current, stable, release )
    3. What OS ( eg. if fedora, which core, if rhel which, etc etc )
    4. Whats the output of rpm -qa | grep -i mysql
