installing autosignup files

I downloaded these files from the link next to the access key in the WHM becuase I'm looking for away to have an account auto create when someone purchases hosting. Im a newbie at this can someone help me by telling me exactly how I install or upload these files so they actually work. Thanks for any and all help.

I think he's refferring to using the WHM API so that his script can create accounts in WHM.
