Installing cPanel for the first time problems

Hello all, I am having difficulty configuring WHM to configure the IP address that I assigned for the naming servers. I have tried to access my site and was told on LeafDNS that my naming server is un reachable? If someone can help me or provide 1-on-1 help, that would be awesome! I have purchased the dedicated server from Codero and domains from 1&1.
