Do you have free disk space on your server ?

    Code:
    df -h
    df -i

Well, as I can't figureit out, I simply reload the OS and a update then run the install. And this time its work like a charme.
Just got some other small issue on tweaking cPanel WHM side before production.

    Hello,

Make sure you install the minimal version of CentOS on servers that you intend to install cPanel. Let us know if you encounter this issue again in the future.

    Thank you.
